● Feeling frustrated in the face of conflicts with others and within yourself?

● Looking for creative ways to handle difficult conversations?

● Needing to renew your energy and joy in relationships?

● Wanting to share ideas and encouragement?

Drawing on material from the Work that Reconnects, Non-Violent Communication™ and other forms of mediation, peacekeeping and reconnecting practices, this workshop will give us an opportunity to:

☼ Explore our concerns around how we connect with each other

☼ Practise compassionate, aware and heartfelt communication

☼ Find ways forward to more life-affirming and fulfilling relationships

The workshop will be facilitated by Fran Hicks and Sally Lever.
