Drawing on material from the Work that Reconnects, Non-Violent Communication™ and other forms of mediation, peacekeeping and reconnecting practices, this workshop will give us an opportunity to:
☼ Explore our concerns around how we connect with each other
☼ Practise compassionate, aware and heartfelt communication
☼ Find ways forward to more life-affirming and fulfilling relationships
The workshop will be facilitated by Fran Hicks and Sally Lever.
Fran Hicks has a background in the arts, counselling, and teaching. As a Quaker, and a founder member of Taunton Transition Town, her commitment to peace informs her engagement with the Work That Reconnects, Non-Violent Communication and Inner Transition. She has facilitated groups for mental wellbeing, deep ecology and spirituality, and has promoted NVC locally.
Sally Lever is an experienced personal and business coach, writer, speaker and workshop leader specialising in conscious and sustainable living and working. She facilitates workshops both online and offline. (www.sallylever.co.uk).
Exchange: £15 booking fee (£12 for concessions) plus a
donation on the day (suggested amount £10 per person)
