Each of these teleclasses runs for 45 minutes and is accompanied by full class notes delivered by email.

The fee for individual teleclasses is £18 (about 25 euros or 33 US dollars) per person.

The discounted rate for advanced booking of all 6 classes is £95 (about 130 euros or 173 US dollars.)

To secure your place:

I run these teleclasses on an "as required" basis. If you can get together with at least four friends or colleagues, then I will schedule individual classes or the whole course at a time to suit you. Just phone or email me to discuss this option.

Once your payment is received you will be sent an email containing the bridgeline  telephone number and participants' pin number for the classes.
